Beyoncé Covers ‘Vogue’ September Issue: See The Photos & GIFs

Beyoncé covers the vaunted September issue of Vogue, apparently making her the first black female artist to land that high profile fall spot. This is Bey’s third time on the front of the fashion book, following cover spreads in 2013 and 2009, and it was first revealed by Bey Legion.

For this spread, to go with the interview titled “Beyoncé and the Art of Global Domination,” she was shot by Mario Testino and draped in Marc Jacobs. Her cover look is lavender, but inside she’s outfitted in all black, from a haute cocktail dress to a sheer gown, and has a wet-hair look throughout.
