Girls’ Generation‘s fifth album is almost here. Their label, SM Entertainment. is about to release Lion Heart in two batches of six tracks each. The first, led by its retro-pop title track, arrives August 18, while the second, with the hip hop-inspired “You Think,” debuts the next day.

To build anticipation for Girls’ Generation’s return, SM Entertainment released teasers for both the “Lion Heart” and “You Think” videos over the weekend. The K-pop group seem to time-travel through US history for “Lion Heart,” with looks lifted from fashionable young women from the ’60s (hey, mods) and the ’20s (flappers). The look for “You Think” nouveau riche like we’ve never seen before, with Girls Generation decked out in old-fashioned crystals but these antique props covered in what appears to be neon decals. Just like the songs, at least what we’ve heard, these visuals couldn’t be more different.
