Fans of Ryan Adams Covering Taylor Swift In The Style of The Smiths, rejoice!

The latest musical guest to perform during Taylor Swift‘s 1989 World Tour was none other than Mary J. Blige.

Now, Swift has had pop newcomers, from Fifth Harmony to Little Mix and Fetty Wap, perform a song each throughout the tour — so folks packed inside LA’s Staples Center knew to expect someone to join her on stage. Since Blige is an R&B veteran, however (her debut album, What’s the 411?, arrived in 1992), she did two songs last night (August 22): One was “Doubt,” off 2014’s Disclosure and Sam Smith-featuring The London Sessions. The second was her assertive, Dr. Dre-produced No. 1 hit “Family Affair,” off 2001’s No More Drama.

Blige wasn’t even the only musical guest during Swift’s second night in Los Angeles. The 1989 superstar also invited Orange is the New Black star Uzo Aduba to sing “White Horse” together. Watch highlights from both cameos below.
