Justin Bieber announces that he will release his fourth album this September.

Back in June, one-time hip-hop meme Riff Raff claimed that his sophomore album, Peach Panther, would have features from Justin Bieber and Lil Wayne, plus a potential Drake guest spot. It sounded a little inflated, perhaps, but the Bieber cameo is definitely real based on a new video Riff posted over the weekend, showing him and Bieber in the car listening to the track.

While one might assume the “What Do You Mean” singer has hook duties on the song, one would be wrong — going by this snippet, anyway. Here, Bieber tries to go bar-for-bar with the Neon Icon, rapping about an actress doing backflips on a mattress.

The video was captioned “RiFF RAFF x @JustinBieber NEW SiNGLE ON THE WAY.” Hear it in the video below.

As for how this seemingly odd collab came together, it’s six degrees of Diplo: Riff is signed to his Mad Decent label, Bieber worked with him on Jack Ü‘s “Where Are U Now” and Diplo was one of the producers of this beat, according to Hot New Hip Hop. So, in that way, sure, it makes sense!
