The latter half of the upcoming fall releases just got even more massive, kids!

If you’ve been wondering what Bruno Mars has been up to ever since the “Uptown Funk” takeover has settled down, well the singer is busy with reportedly prepping for the Super Bowl stage!

According to EWBruno was recently offered to headline next year’s halftime show in Santa Clara, California. If the artist does take the offer, this will mark his second time gracing the big sports stage. The first performance occurred in 2014 with a guest appearance from Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Before Katy Perry broke the halftime record of her predecessors with her noteworthy performance this year (a whopping 118.5 million viewers to be exact), Bruno Mars’ show topped Beyonce and Madonna for record number of viewers. Super Bowl 50 will take place on February 7, 2016.
