Ellie Goulding Announces New 'Delirium' Album
Give her lead single "On My Mind" a listen!

Carly Rae Jepsen‘s sophomore E·MO·TION LP is one of the more solid pop albums of 2015 so far, and the Canadian songstress continues to promote its greatness by stopping by BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge.

The singer first performed a new rendition of her latest “Run Away With Me” single, making it even prettier with minimal instruments. After that, Carly covered another great pop tune — Years & Years‘ own “King.” Instead of maintaining the original’s dance-heavy production, Carly decides to soften it with delicate vocals and light melodies.

E·MO·TION was released on August 21 via Schoolboy Records/Interscope and September 25 in the UK. It features “I Really Like You,” “Your Type,” “All That”and the ’80s-inspired title track.

Watch the “King” cover below, and click here to listen to the new take on “Run Away With Me” over at BBC Radio 1 (it begins at the 2:01:05 mark).
