Janet Jackson & Missy Elliot “BURNITUP!” On Their New ‘Unbreakable’ Track: Listen
As the anticipation rises for Janet Jackson‘s forthcoming Unbreakable LP, the singer has decided to wake you up from your afternoon snooze today (September 24) and premiere her “BURNITUP!” single on BBC Radio 1 — which is increasingly becoming the go-to place to drop new tunes.
Janet previously teased the Missy Elliot collaboration during a concert stop on the Unbreakable World Tour, and now the full version has arrived. Unlike previous tunes like the LP title track and “No Sleeep,” the entertainer gladly picks up the pace and provides fans with a party-ready track they can shake their booties to. Missy’s energetic voice is a purr-worthy and welcomed return, while Ms. Jackson’s soft tone clings on to the thumping production.
