To celebrate his streaming service reaching a million subscribers, Jay Z has organized a charity music event/Tidal promo opportunity with some of his biggest pop music friends/Tidal business partners. The TIDAL X: 1020 concert will take place on October 20 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and it’s headlined by the Tidal kingpin himself, along with Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj and Prince, who just released an album exclusive to the service.

Usher, Lil Wayne, T.I., Alessia Cara, Damian Marley and even Jimmy Kimmel are also scheduled to perform, among others. The company is billing it as the “1st in a series of philanthropic music events curated by TIDAL.” The best part is that, according to Tidal’s tweets, the live stream of the event will be available “to all” at their site, rather than just to subscribers.

However, subscribers can purchase tickets here beginning at noon today (September 30), two days before the general public sale starts on Friday. All proceeds from ticket sales are going to charities at the New World Foundation.
