Becky G Serves Choreography And Fashion In “Break A Sweat” Video
It’s an interesting time for Becky G. The 18-year-old recently shed her girl-next-door image with a steamy cameo (literally) on Empire and just finished record her debut LP. All the rapper/singer needs to make the leap to adult pop star is another “Shower”-sized hit and “Break A Sweat” could be the answer. Co-written by hitmakers Chloe Angelides, Emily Warren and Jacob Kasher, the bouncy track is certainly catchy enough to connect.
The “Can’t Stop Dancin'” diva unveils the video today (October 9) and it’s a colorful affair complete with killer choreography and futuristic special effects. Becky also rocks an eye-popping array of edgy ensembles including short shorts, a bedazzled hoodie and massive shades. It’s all very cute and shows the teenager in a different light than her previous clips. As with all Kemosabe artists, expect a little Corewater promo! Watch up top.
