Troye Sivan Reveals The Cover Of Debut LP ‘Blue Neighbourhood’

Troye Sivan unveiled the cover of debut LP Blue Neighbourhood this morning (October 13) via a Twitter rollout. (We were excited to take part). The artwork is a striking portrait, which strikes an interesting balance between melancholy and nostalgia — much like the rising singer/songwriter’s music. He also revealed the album’s release date (December 4) and premiered a new track called “Talk Me Down” on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 radio show.

With the cover and release date announced, all that’s left now is the tracklist. It’s unclear if the album includes tracks from the 20-year-old’s critically acclaimed EP Wild or is comprised of new material, but the former options makes a lot more sense. Given the success of his last two EPs (both peaked at number five on the Billboard 200), expectations are sky high for Aussie’s first long player.
