Justin Bieber's "What Do You Mean?" video has an unnerving twist. Watch now.

With Justin Bieber’s penis making global headlines, it’s easy to forget that he is currently enjoying the biggest hit of his career. “What Do You Mean?” recently became the 21-year-old’s first number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and today (October 13) he claims the top spot on pop radio with an audience impression of 108.895 million. Surprisingly, it’s the superstar’s first chart-topper on the countdown — his previous best being “Beauty And A Beat,” which peaked at number two in 2013.

The success of “What Do You Mean?” bodes extremely well for the Canadian’s fourth LP Purpose (fifth if you count Journals), which arrives on November 13. After being all but written off by some commentators at the height of his legal and PR woes, Justin has bounced back in the most spectacular fashion. Don’t be too surprised if he nabs the biggest first-week sales tally of 2015.
