Justin Bieber Is Releasing A Remix Of “What Do You Mean?” Featuring Ariana Grande
Justin Bieber has teamed up with Ariana Grande for a remix of chart-topping hit “What Do You Mean?” “Ok. Preorder Friday. Let’s do it. Ok by you @ArianaGrande?,” the 21-year-old tweeted this morning (October 14). “#purpose #nov13 #remix.” If there was any doubt about the remix in question, Ari let the cat out of the bag with her tongue-in-cheek reply: “What do you mean?” It’s a clever way of promoting both of their new eras. Well played, Scooter Braun.
It’s also not exactly surprising given Ariana’s obsession with the song. The “Focus” diva referred to “What Do You Mean?” as “genius” on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show and then covered it on The Honeymoon Tour as part of a mash-up with My Everything single “One Last Time.” The remix drops Friday (October 16) and is a safe bet to reach number one on iTunes. It could even return Justin’s smash to top of the Billboard Hot 100. See his tweet below.
