Watch Florence + The Machine’s Intense, Confusing “Delilah” Video
Florence + The Machine dropped the video for “Delilah,” the stirring single off this year’s wonderful How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful. Directed by Vincent Haycock, it’s an intense visual, even though it’s pretty difficult to discern just what the hell is actually going on.
There’s lots of convulsive dancing and hallelujah hands as Florence makes her way through a seedy motel, and it all seems to have something to do with faith and salvation — and also whatever the fuck that creature is up top.
