JoJo: The Idolator Interview
JoJo talks about her comeback, Tringle and new material. Find out more.

JoJo loves to keep us on her toes. After taking us on a nostalgic trip to the ’90s in vogueing-filled “When Love Hurts” video, the comeback queen leads us down a completely different path in her emotional (and surprisingly rustic) “Say Love” visual. The 24-year-old shared a snippet of the clip on Instagram this afternoon (october 26) ahead of its premiere tomorrow. Her caption? “Love. My favorite shit. The good, the bad, and the ugly.”

Those words are definitely reflected in the brief clip (below), which finds the tringle-inventing diva on a country getaway with her man. Only things don’t seem to be going particularly well. They argue, make out and generally look like they need couples counseling. There’s also some powerful emoting in the wilderness. Produced by Harmony Samuels, “Say Yes” perfectly showcases JoJo’s powerful pipes and sounds like a stone cold smash. Let’s hope radio plays along.

Love. My favorite shit. The good, the bad, and the ugly. #SayLove 10/27
