Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda 2.0” Surfaces Online: Listen To The Alternate Version
Nicki Minaj‘s meme-worthy Pinkprint “Anaconda” single became her highest-charting single and went on to be certified double Platinum after its August 2014 release. But just when you thought you had “Boy toy named Troy used to live in Detroit” out of your head, a new version of the booty shaking tune has surfaced today (December 10).
Producer AnonXmous decided to release what he says is the original take, and it features less intense and slower production and new lyrics that are lifted from Nicki’s feature on Ciara‘s 2013 “I’m Out” single.
Get into “Anaconda 2.0” below (which will appear on AnonXmous’ upcoming Hallucinagens LP), and compare it to the original while you’re at it.
