If you’ve been paying attention to music in 2015, it has become quite clear that the UK knows how to do dance and pop very well — and Shift K3y is one of the musicians on the ride! The London producer (whose real name is Lewis Jankel) is releasing the video for his latest single, “Gone Missing,” which we at Idolator are premiering today (December 15).

Directed by Boiler Room’s Joe Alexander and featuring vocals by BB Diamond, the video highlights the effervescent youth culture that continues to thrive with the support of a new twist on UK Garage music. It’ll be a real challenge trying not to groove to this bumping track!

Lewis spoke on the meaning behind the tune: “Words cant really describe how excited I am for this release, it has been the longest in the making out of all my tracks so far. The journey that this track has taken, and everything that has been thrown at it…its still standing in time for release! To me this is what I would consider a new school take on a very familiar UKG sound.”

Shift K3Y released his Off The Record EP earlier this summer, which includes tracks like “Beep Beep.” Get into the “Gone Missing” video below.
