Chvrches are wrapping up another big year built on another big album of blown-out synth-pop. So the Scottish trio stopped by The Late Late Show with James Corden to perform “Clearest Blue,” a standout from their sophomore LP Every Open Eye.
Frontwoman Lauren Mayberry was a commanding presence on stage, matching the energy of all those cascading synths and flashing lights.
