Adele is having the best year ever — from her “Hello” single currently ruling the charts at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 to the 25 album selling millions per week. The singer is now planning to continue her reign by kicking off 2016 with a performance at the BRIT Awards.

The “When We Were Young” singer is the first artist to be announced today (December 17) for the awards ceremony, which marks her return to the BRITs since 2011’s “Someone Like You” performance. It follows her previously aired performances like the NRJ Awards, NBC’s Adele Live In New York City and Adele at the BBC.

The 2016 BRIT Awards will take place on February 24 at London’s O2 Arena, and the nominations will be announced on January 14. Revisit Adele’s 2011 BRITs performance below.
