Kylie Minogue Q&A
The Idolator fave talks her Christmas album, festive memories and returning to dance.

Kylie Minogue had holiday spirit to spare on the December 18 episode of The Graham Norton Show. As heard in her new album (and debut holiday release) Kylie Christmas, she did her rendition of “Winter Wonderland.” Kylie was backed by a lounge jazz band, though she herself was full of spunk, sounding as flirty as she does in her dance pop staples and making the proposition to build a snowman named Parson Brown seem new and exciting once more.

Kylie’s performance wasn’t the only reason why she stuck out on the BBC late night TV show. Throughout she sat next to Carrie Fisher, Daisy Ridley and John Boyega from holiday blockbuster Star Wars: The Force Awakens, waiting patiently for questions about Christmastime in between comments about director J.J. Abrams.

“Kylie, who do you play in the film?” host Graham Norton joked, before Kylie herself asked Carrie about the most important question of all — what her Star Wars costumes were like. (In Carrie’s words, she appeared like “a fashionable gas station attendant” and “a baboon’s ass, in a very good way.” Exclusive!)
