Madonna Posts Photo Of Daughter Lourdes — With Lady Gaga Edited Out
As of early 2014, Madonna was over her years-long feud with Lady Gaga. “The only time I ever criticized Lady Gaga was when I felt like she blatantly ripped one of my songs,” the pop icon said to Rolling Stone, referring to the seemed similarities between Gaga’s “Born This Way” and her own “Express Yourself.”
Today (January 3), however, Madonna posted an edited image of her younger self next to daughter Lourdes Leon in the present day (above). The idea was to show the physical resemblance between mother and daughter, which really is striking. But as her followers quickly noticed, Madonna made her point with a photo of Lourdes from when she met Mother Monster, reportedly during the Met Gala in May 2015.

Some have even accused Madonna of editing the photo herself.
