On January 8, Rihanna landed at Los Angeles International Airport. TMZ saw that she required four skycaps to carry all her luggage. Meanwhile she is reportedly filming a music video in Los Angeles. (This alleged casting call says that the shoot is for a Drake collaboration called “Work” and requires horseback riders.)
What we do know is this: She flew into Los Angeles while wearing a t-shirt for Madonna‘s Blond Ambition Tour — our idea of amazing airport style.
Madonna’s Blond Ambition Tour featured five thematic categories: Metropolis (as in, the groundbreaking 1927 sci-fi film), Religious, Dick Tracy (with a gay chorus line at that), Art Deco and Encore. It was a career-defining global trek — a tour that was more so a theatrical production above all else, informing how pop superstars would tour from there on out. The Blond Ambition Tour turned 25 last year.
