Our take on the loss of pop and rock's one-of-a-kind, unrivaled chameleon.

UNICEF‘s sixth Biennial Ball was a celeb-packed black-tie gala that celebrated UNICEF’s endeavors, as well as the charitable work done by famous footballer David Beckham. On hand at the Los Angeles Four Seasons to belt out a string of her chart-conquering jams for attendees was not-so-elusive chanteuse Mariah Carey, who offered up live renditions of such hits as “Emotions” (watch above), “Hero,” “We Belong Together,” “Shake It Off” and “Always Be My Baby.”

Sadly, no one has posted full versions of each performance online just yet. Until that happens, check out these short clips.
