Chris Brown Not Charged In Vegas Assault Case

Earlier this month, a woman accused Chris Brown of hitting her and taking her phone after she took a photo of the star at a private party in Las Vegas. Brown and his team immediately called the claims “unequivocally untrue” (Brown added his own flavor, saying, “I don’t know this old-looking bitch”), but cops were pursuing him as a misdemeanor battery and theft suspect. But now Team Breezy has been vindicated.
According to Vulture, the district attorney’s office announced there is not sufficient evidence to pursue the charges against Brown, and the case has been suspended. So Brown can now go back to pondering that Jermaine Dupri partnership.
