At this point, we’ve been bludgeoned over the head with never-ending chart-breaking stats of Adele’s 25 album. So thank Wiz Khalifa for giving us a refreshing twist on the powerful ballad!
The rapper stopped by Los Angeles’ Power 106 radio station, where he performed an impromptu freestyle of Adele’s “Hello” single. Naturally, of course, Wiz turned the track into an ode to weed with lyrics like “Roll one up and let’s get high” and “Hit this weed once, don’t you choke.” These are truly inspirational quotes that actually have the potential to become a full-blown remix!
Wiz’s Khalifa, his fourth major label album, will be released on February 5. Watch his hilariously catchy freestyle up top, and compare it to Adele’s original below.
