Coldplay are gearing up for their major halftime show for this weekend’s Super Bowl, but prior to the big night they stopped by CBS Sunday Morning to discuss what’s to come.

During their interview, frontman Chris Martin shared some cute advice from his daughter Apple. “She said, ‘Dad, the worst thing that could happen is that you get turned into a meme. And after a month or so, people will just forget!'” Bruce Springsteen (who has halftime show experience) also gave him advice. ‘You gotta know every note, man. Twelve minutes. It ain’t long, but it’s long enough!'” Martin said to the interviewer while channeling Springsteen’s gruff voice.

The singer then shared not-so-subtle hints that Beyonce and Bruno Mars will join him and his bandmates on stage, David Bowie‘s passing and reflected on Coldplay’s upcoming 20th anniversary this year.

Along with the Super Bowl halftime show, Coldplay recently released their “Hymn For The Weekend” video with Beyonce and announced a U.S. stadium tour. Watch their interview on CBS Sunday Morning below, and look out for Super Bowl 50 on February 7.
