Beyonce's New Single Is Called "Formation"?
According to the ever-knowledgeable Hive, Beyonce's new single is called "Formation."

Beyonce Is Coming” became a worldwide trending topic on Twitter last night (February 4) when news about a major shake-up at Parkwood Entertainment (Queen Bey’s management/production company) became public. According to Page Six, the game-changing diva fired her whole team — including her cousin Angie Beyince! The reason? “She wants to surround herself with business people who could take her career to an even higher level,” an insider confided.

“She has one album left to deliver before her deal is up with Columbia, plus she wants to make smarter decisions where it comes to touring, sponsorships and acting roles.” To achieve those goals, Beyonce parted ways with general manager Lee Anne Callahan-Longo and brought in Steve Pamon, who previously headed JPMorgan Chase’s sports and entertainment marketing team. Why the online excitement? It simply adds weight to the rumors that the superstar is about to drop a new album.

And we’ll know sooner rather than later. There are whispers about Bey performing two new songs during Coldplay’s Super Bowl set on Sunday (February 7), one of which is expected to be called “Formation.” Insiders claim she performed the track at Super Bowl rehearsals and generally reliable fan sites have even started posting lyrics online (“okay ladies now let’s get in formation”). Oh, and there’s apparently a reference to Bill Gates in the song.

It’s probably time to glue down your fave’s wig and hide their receipts, because it looks like Beyonce is, indeed, coming! See the tweets below.
