David Bowie's 'Blackstar': Review Revue
See what the critics had to say about David Bowie's 25th LP 'Blackstar.'

The love for David Bowie coming out of the UK is showing no signs of waning, as the musician’s final album Blackstar, which topped the country’s album chart for three weeks, slips to #2 while 2002 compilation Best Of Bowie replaces it at the top. The Official Charts Company points out that Bowie is the first artist to knock themselves off the UK album chart since Michael Jackson pulled off the same feat in 2009 following his death.

This leaves the slew of last week’s new releases to settle for lower positions within the Top 10, starting with Sia‘s This Is Acting at #3. Further down, Charlie Puth‘s debut LP Nine Track Mind enters at #6, while the long-awaited ANTI from Rihanna scrapes in at a lackluster #7. (Granted, ANTI‘s release was plagued with a myriad of problems.)

Altogether, David Bowie’s album fill up 14 positions on this week’s UK album chart, all of which you can see below.
