Beyonce‘s “Formation” video was viewed 5.9 million times within 24 hours of its February 6 release — never mind that it is unlisted on YouTube. It had folks looking for Red Lobster for the first time since Darden Inc. sold it for $2.1 billion in 2014, and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore beaming with pride. Best of all, it has people wondering exactly why Coldplay is bothering to show up to its own headlining Super Bowl 50 halftime set, when Beyonce will be there too.

(Coldplay has already said that it won’t be performing Beyonce collab “Hymn for the Weekend,” anyway. “It only just came out, so I don’t think it would be quite right,” frontman Chris Martin said during a press conference.)

But King Bey isn’t waiting for folks to recover for her new song’s live debut. Multiple sources confirm to Entertainment Tonight that she will indeed perform “Formation” (produced by Mike WiLL Made It, co-written by Rae Sremmurd‘s Swae Lee and featuring Big Freedia) during halftime. This news comes after the ever-diligent BeyHive found out that she was rehearsing “Formation” and one other unreleased track, though with the volume turned down so that no one but her stage performers could hear.

Meanwhile, Beyonce recently gave a rare interview with CBS, where she reflects on her 2013 Super Bowl performance featuring none other than Destiny’s Child. Watch below.
