Things Nobody Asked For: Fetty Wap’s “Trap Queen” Defiled By Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo

The world does not need any more white-guy-with-guitar rap covers. It is a played-out scourge. Kind of like Weezer for the last decade. So in a sick and twisted way, an acoustic cover of Fetty Wap‘s “Trap Queen” from Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo in the year 2016 actually makes complete sense.

And apparently this isn’t his first offense: He covered Rae Sremmurd a few weeks ago. It could be worse, though. Instead of spending his time doing semi-ironic rap covers, Cuomo could be writing new Weezer tunes I suppose.

Watch him look bro-ier than ever below.
