Alessia Cara Performs “Here” On ‘The Late Late Show With James Corden’
Another day, another flawless TV performance from Alessia Cara. The 19-year-old performed breakthrough hit “Here” on The Late Late Show With James Corden and nailed it. As usual. She looked suitably indifferent as she belted out the catchy loner anthem in a denim jacket and vintage Star Wars t-shirt. The newcomer never fails to deliver vocally, but isn’t it about time she started promoting equally good follow-up single “Wild Things”?
After building a loyal following with YouTube videos, Alessia broke big in 2015 with “Here.” The sullen bop climbed all the way to number five on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified double platinum. The Canadian teenager capitalized on the momentum by dropping debut LP Know-It-All late last year (it crashed into the top 10) and announced a 2016 North American tour.
