Brit Awards 2016: List Of Winners
Adele took home a bulk of the statues at this year's BRITs.

Why can’t all American award shows be more like The Brits? A mere eight performance, 13 categories and a running time of just under two-and-a-half hours — it’s kind of like heaven. Not to mention, those performances — none of them really made us want to claw our eardrums out.

Highlights from the 36th BRITs included Annie Lennox and Gary Oldman talking lovingly about the late David Bowie, before Lorde took the stage with the Thin White Duke’s backing band for a show-stopping rendition of “Life On Mars?” Rihanna also had a surprise up her sleeve, in the form of her “Work” collaborator Drake, while Little Mix turned out an energetic performance of their smash “Black Magic” and Justin Bieber brought out James Bay for a truncated “Love Yourself.”
