Selena Gomez's 'Revival' LP is a career-defining gem. Read our detailed review.

EDIT: This post has been updated. The video in question was not posted on Selena’s Instagram.

Selena Gomez can’t post on Instagram without fans/haters bringing up her ex, and she’s well and truly over it. The “Hands To Myself” hitmaker reached breaking point this afternoon (February 25) when a hacked video of her singing along to Lil Wayne’s “Single” was posted on TSR and misconstrued as Justin Bieber shade. In the clip, she interjects “I did!” after the lyric “she hated when I do that shit” and also refers to a mystery ex as a “motherfucker.”

She was clearly just feeling herself (and the song), but commenters soon made it all about Justin. “That’s a joke,” she replied to one outraged Belieber. “I was singing back to Lil Wayne. My life isn’t about my ex.” The video inevitably popped up on a multitude of fan accounts on Instagram. That’s when Selena seemingly snapped. “I want to delete my Instagram,” she wrote. “There’s no drama. Everyone else creates drama. Including this post.” See the video and comments below.
