Skrillex and Diplo celebrate their one year anniversary as Jack Ü in their latest clip.

Major Lazer features the uplifting rapper and vocalist Fuse ODG in its remix for Peace Is the Mission‘s “Light It Up.” For its respective video, released today (March 1), director Sam Pilling features a traditional funeral ceremony from Fuse ODG’s native Ghana.

Despite the grayscale aesthetic and shots of graves, the “Light It Up” remix video isn’t some somber affair; rather, it’s a joyous scene where Nzulezo villagers dance to celebrate the life that has passed, matching the dancehall-inspired track’s hopeful tone. So while one of Fuse ODG’s more notable solo singles is “T.I.N.A.,” which stood for “This Is New Africa,” this “Light It Up” video takes comfort in tradition.

“Delving deeper into Ghanaian culture, we found that their traditional funeral ceremonies perfectly exemplify this sense of coming together to rise up against sadness,” Sam said in a statement.

Major Lazer’s “Light It Up” remix, also featuring Nyla from the original, follows up “Lean On,” which became Spotify’s most streamed song of all time with more than 616 million plays. Watch the brand new video below.
