The 1975 repeat the UK chart-topping success of sophomore album I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It here in the States, as the album debuts at #1 after selling 98,000 copies. The band bumps Adele off the top spot, who had just notched a 10th week at #1 on the Billboard 200 seven days ago with 25.

Meanwhile, This Unruly Mess I’ve Made, the second album from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, goes in at #4 with 51,000 copies sold. That’s got to be a bit of a disappointment for the pair, considering their previous album produced two chart-topping singles and won the duo two Grammys.

Oh, well — maybe This Unruly Mess I’ve Made will end up being a grower?
