Adam Lambert’s “Welcome To The Show”: Listen To His New Power-Pop Single
As promised, Adam Lambert‘s collaboration with Laleh, the non-album single “Welcome To The Show,” premiered today, and it’s an absolute firecracker. That’s not to say it’s a club-ready banger — rather, “Welcome To The Show,” an introspective, epic-sounding power ballad, succeeds on the level of being an immediately catchy listen from the get-go.

From its majestic synth chords to the boom-clap beat to, of course, Lambert’s flawless, soaring vocals, “Welcome To The Show” delivers in the best way possible. Not only is this an out-of-the-blue single, given that Adam’s 2015 album cycle for The Original High seems to be over save for his current tour, it also finds the singer wearing his vulnerability on his sleeve.
