Zayn Previews ‘Mind Of Mine’ Title Track: Listen
Zayn Malik has offered yet another sneak peek into his solo debut.
A behind-the-scenes look at his Complex cover shoot features a minute-long snippet of Mind of Mine‘s title track. Based on this preview, “Mind of Mine” appears to be yet another intimate R&B ballad from Zayn — the polar opposite of his former group One Direction‘s punchy arena pop-rock. Over dripping synths and solemn piano chords, Zayn sounds anguished as he sings of some mess in his mind of his, his voice climbing to a falsetto.
This “Mind of Mine” snippet arrives after Zayn revealed that he is already working on his second album, when the first only arrives this Friday, March 25. Listen below.
