Pop Perspective: Iggy Azalea's "Team"
Our editors rate and review Iggy Azalea's lead 'Digital Distortion' single.

Iggy Azalea is ramping up the promo for well-received comeback single “Team.” The Australian rapper will perform the fiery anthem for the first time on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon later this evening (March 22) and spent the day doing radio interviews. She has also covered (and stripped off) for two magazines — London lifestyle rag Schön! and New Zealand fashion mag Remix. Click through the latter shoot above.

In addition to posing for the sexy snaps, I-G-G-Y shares some interesting tidbits in the cover story. For starters, she’s hoping to work with New Zealand’s biggest musical export. “I almost collaborated with Lorde on this album! I sent her the song and it didn’t get done in time, but it’s one of my artistic goals to collaborate with her,” the “Black Widow” diva reveals. “There’s this one song I wrote for the album but it needed a female singer and she was my number one.”

“She was going to do it, she was totally keen, but she was too busy with her own album,” the 25-year-old continues. “I hope it can happen, if not on this album then another. I think she’s awesome.” As for the backlash and beefs? Iggy swears she’s just misunderstood. “I think a lot of times people don’t understand my humor over here and people think it’s me being bitchy.” See another topless pic below.
