Selena Gomez Hit The Studio With One Of Her ‘Revival’ Songwriters

Selena Gomez is still in the middle of her super-successful Revival era, but she’s already hard at work on the follow-up. Last month, Gomez revealed she had hit the studio for her next album, and she again alluded to the new LP sessions a few weeks ago. But now we have hard proof.

Selena put in work with Revival collaborator Ross Golan on Friday (March 25), and the two posted a couple photos from their studio time over the weekend. It seems that Selena is squeezing in as much SG6 (or SG3) work as she can before heading on the North American leg of her Revival tour on May 6.

The in-demand Golan was one of the writers on Selena’s hit single “Same Old Love,” and most recently he penned Ariana Grande‘s “Dangerous Woman.”

As for the direction of the new material, Gomez recently said it’s too early to tell but added she’d love to snag a feature with Pharrell, M.I.A. or The Weeknd.
