Janet Jackson’s ‘Unbreakable’ To Get Gatefold Vinyl Release This Week
Those who’ve been yearning to hear the smooth grooves on Janet Jackson‘s chart-topping 2015 album Unbreakable on wax have something to celebrate this week: The album is set for a gatefold vinyl release, complete with four-color sleeves featuring the LP’s lyrics, this Friday (April 1).
Despite some snags in following through with scheduled Unbreakable World Tour dates, Jackson’s latest LP was seen by many critics as a return to form for the pop diva. (In our own review, we noted, “Unbreakable is a project full of pretty decent jams that won’t break a legend, so the album has already lived up to its name.”)
Add this to the special anniversary edition of Fugees‘ The Score coming shortly, plus Record Store Day in general, and April is shaping up to be a vinyl-lovers dream.
