Today in WTF: Justin Timberlake has been sued by Cirque du Soleil, according to Variety. The circus troupe  claims that The 20/20 Experience‘s “Don’t Hold the Wall” samples the its “Steel Dream” without permission. The lawsuit also named “Don’t Hold the Wall”‘s co-writers Timbaland, J-Roc and James Fauntleroy.

Justin was already sued twice this year. First up, 1970s R&B group Sly, Slick and Wicked claims that “Suit and Tie” borrows from its own “Sho’ Nuff.” Meanwhile, A Taste of Honey‘s Perry Kibble says “Damn Girl” copies “A New Day (Is Here at Last),” as recorded by J.C. Davis.
