Beyonce Drops 6th LP ‘Lemonade’: See The Full Tracklist
Beyonce’s sixth LP is finally here! Lemonade arrived mid-way through Queen Bey’s similarly-titled one-hour HBO and is currently only available to stream via Tidal. The 12-song set contains polarizing lead single “Formation” and boasts collaborations The Weeknd, Jack White, James Blake and Kendrick Lamar. If the songs featured in the 34-year-old’s mini-movie are any indication, this could be the most eclectic album of the diva’s career.
There are the urban-pop bops we’ve come to expect from Bey, but also beautiful stripped-back ballads, bluesy experiments and even a country ditty. The themes are just as diverse as the music with the pop icon tackling racism, feminism, relationship woes, religion and revenge. Given that Beyonce’s last album literally changed the game, expectations are sky-high for this offering. But if anyone’s up to the challenge, it’s Mrs. Carter.
