After the main festivities of last night’s 2016 Met Gala were over, the afterparties promptly commenced. And leave it to Lady Gaga to keep the fun going, performing a surprise cover of the Talking Heads 1983 hit “Burning Down The House” at the Met Gala afterparty.

Walking the red carpet in what seemed to be a getup from Born This Way-past, Mother Monster changed into a more comfortable black-and-white outfit and proceeded to jam out to the new wave classic with the help of “Uptown Funk” producer Mark Ronson.

What’s more, the two have also been working on Gaga’s highly-anticipated follow-up to her 2013 record ARTPOP.

“We just spent some time in the studio when she was in London,” Ronson told Beats 1 Host Zane Lowe back in February. “She’s kind of like a muso at heart — she loves just sitting at a piano and barking orders at a drummer and she has an incredible voice. She’s one of the great voices in pop music, so we’re going to start with the songs and go from there.”
