Just in time for Mother’s Day, Jennifer Lopez released the video for her latest single “Ain’t Your Mama.”

The visual sees JLo fighting for women’s rights throughout the ages. From a ’50s housewife to a factory worker to a business woman, the “Jenny From The Block” singer tells these women – all portrayed by herself – to stand up and take charge. The result? An all-out lively women’s march in the streets of Brooklyn led by our heroine in a sexy white jumpsuit.

The anthemic number was written by Meghan Trainor. Although the track received a lot of backlash because it was produced by Dr. Luke in the wake of Luke’s legal battle with Kesha, Lopez says that the track’s ultimate message is self-empowerment.

“Treat me good, you know?” Lopez told Entertainment Tonight. “Guys have this tendency… They love you in the beginning, and you’re the hottest woman on earth. Then, all of a sudden it’s like, ‘Okay, where’s my food?’ And I’m like, ‘What?!? You kidding me? Take me out.'”
