Alessia Cara Unveils Feisty “Wild Things” Remix With G-Eazy: Listen
Alessia Cara has released a remix of her whimsy Know-It-All track “Wild Things,” featuring rapper G-Eazy. At first listen, we called the tune a “fiery celebration of outsiders.” Now with the Bay Area MC’s verse, that theme is solidified that much more.
Over the thumping dreamy melody, G-Eazy drops his bars with his usual dose of laid-back swagger. “Try and say I’m too wild/Did my own thing so fuck the cool crowd/ Late nights with the music too loud/ I made it this far, now ma’s just too proud,” the “Me Myself & I” songwriter smoothly raps.
G-Eazy will be featured on Cara’s Wild Things (The Remixes) EP. The Canadian singer-songwriter also previously released her Here (The Remixes) EP, which boasted cameos by Jaden Smith and Logic.
