Demi Lovato And Brad Paisley Team Up On “Without A Fight”: Listen
Demi Lovato and Brad Paisley released new bluesy country track “Without A Fight.” And fittingly, the song’s about – you guessed it – make-up sex.
From the get-go, the country star makes the song’s motives readily apparent. “There’s a tangled mess of sheets on the bed, the lack of sleep pounding in my head / We both regret some of the things we said but we love the way it ended,” Paisley croons over the broody guitar-driven melody. Lovato slowly chimes in during the song’s pre-chorus, her sweet, soft whispers turning into her signature belt by the tune’s end.
Not to mention, this isn’t the first time the pair has worked together. Paisley joined Lovato for a soulful rendition of her single “Stone Cold” at the 2016 iHeartMusic Awards in April.
