Beyoncé’s “Hold Up” Gets A Dance Remix From DJDS: Listen
Dance duo and Kanye West collaborators DJDS (f.k.a. DJ Dodger Stadium) have remixed Beyoncé‘s Lemonade highlight “Hold Up.” Samo Sound Boy and Jerome LOL sped up the BPM, layered on intricate new percussion and chopped up Bey’s vocals, looping the titular refrain and making “it’s such a shame” echo across the beat. But it all retains the island influence of the original.
