Rachel Platten’s “Better Place” Behind-The-Scenes Video: Premiere
Rachel Platten has single-handedly made the world a brighter, happier place with a string of soaring, serotonin-raising anthems. Her latest, a heartwarming ballad called “Better Place,” was inspired by her sister’s engagement. “My sister called me one day and told me that she’s found the person she’s going to marry after years of thinking she was just going to be single forever,” the “Fight Song” hitmaker told us in April. “The song just wrote itself after that.”
The central theme of finding and celebrating love shines through in the video (below), which debuted earlier this month. Rachel now takes us behind the scenes of the emotional shoot. “The entire day was such a love fest,” she says. “Casting actual fans to participate in this shoot really brought the concept to life. Surprising and singing along with them was just the icing on the cake. Every time I watch it I still get the feels!” We’re excited to premiere the BTS clip up top.
