Drake is known to flood the airwaves without having an album out. Between full-length projects, he drops these one-off singles that take on a life of their own.
Last night (June 4) on OVO Sound Radio, Drake premiered three songs that sound of the moment. He enlisted Justin Bieber for an official “One Dance” remix as fan renditions pour in. He does the hook for Gucci Mane‘s “Back on Road,” just days after the Atlanta rapper was released from prison. As for “4 PM in Calabasas,” he weaves in references to Puff Daddy as if Bad Boy’s 20th anniversary tour was on his mind.
It’s business as usual for Drake, except this time he actually has an album out. VIEWS arrived just a month ago, though the Toronto rapper is acting as if he has already moved on. Listen to his latest songs below.
