The Veronicas’ “In My Blood”: Listen To Their Kylie-esque New Dance-Pop Song

If your were caught off guard earlier this week by The Veronicas‘ tantalizing “In My Blood” single artwork, which features 31-year-old twins Jess and Lisa Origliasso nude save for purple body glitter, you’ll probably find the song itself to be just as striking.

“In My Blood” is a dreamy foray into dance-pop territory that has shades of Kylie Minogue, Robyn and even Texas. (Don’t believe us? Check out “Inner Smile.”)  It also feels miles away from the pair’s melancholic 2014 ballad “You Ruin Me,” despite the fact that DNA‘s Anthony Egizii and David Musumeci had a hand in writing both songs.

There’s still the “In My Blood” music video to look forward to, which was shot recently in Los Angeles and teased by The Veronicas yesterday. Until then, you can hear the single above, and grab it from all the usual places as of today.
