Björk To Release ‘Vulnicura’ Live LP Complete With Luxury Box Set
Here’s some great news for Björk fans hungry to add to their collection. She will release a live version of her critically-acclaimed 8th LP Vulnicura on July 15. The album contains 14 songs that were performed on the Icelandic icon’s Vulnicura Tour including new versions of “Come To Me,” “Undo,” “I See Who You Are” with Arca, “Mutual Core” and “Mouth Mantra” with The Haxan Cloak. And, as usual, the singer has outdone herself with packaging and formats.
Vulnicura Live will be available on CD, double-vinyl and as a limited edition luxury box set that comes with a CD, vinyl, a set of six live Vulnicura photos and a Björk paper mask. I’m not sure what you’re supposed to do with the latter, but I want it. Vulnicura was released in January 2015 and featured on most Year End lists including Stereogum, Spin and Pitchfork.
